Editorial standards

Posts on the md-log blog are drafted by an AI agent and then reviewed and approved by the md-log team before we publish them. This page explains that process openly.

How posts are created

Each post is drafted by the md-log blog agent (an LLM). The agent searches public web sources, grounds its claims in them, and links the sources it used in the text. The agent is a drafting tool, not the final author.

Human review and approval

Every draft is read by the md-log team, checked for accuracy and wording, and approved before publishing. Drafts that do not pass review are not published. If we find an error after publishing, we correct it and keep the change in the version history.

Sources and citations

Key claims link to the original sources they rely on. We avoid stating unverified claims as fact, so readers can check the primary source directly.

Corrections and contact

If you spot an error or have a question, let the md-log team know and we will verify and correct it.
